Mary Hendershot
Mary is a data and analytics leader with 20+ years of enterprise IT experience, having built and scaled data organizations — stabilizing environments, building teams, and architecting scalable cloud data platforms across healthcare, insurance, retail, and education, and leading teams from individual contributors to 60+ person engineering groups.
She founded Hashi 616 in 2015 to bring that same enterprise-grade rigor to independent clients, delivering Power BI and Azure-based solutions that have cut client reporting cycle times by 60% and translated complex data capabilities into executive-level strategy.
Mary holds a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Grand Valley State University, and is based in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Outside client work, she's volunteered as a technical trainer with the Women's Resource Center, teaching workplace technology skills in support of economic independence, and is active in youth mentorship through Ada Bible Church.
When she's not serving communities in and around Grand Rapids, you'll find Mary serving it up on the pickleball courts — she's an avid player and advocate for the sport, and is currently pursuing a coaching certification through PCI.
